Members of the Woodland Federation of Teachers & Staff Transportation Department recently received warm IFT winter hats from the Union as a token of appreciation and solidarity.

This effort was about more than staying warm—it was about building strength within the Transportation Department, recognizing the hard work of our members, and showing appreciation for their continued commitment to our Union.

By supporting active union members and proudly wearing their IFT gear, Transportation Department staff demonstrated unity, visibility, and pride in standing together. Small gestures like this help reinforce the power of collective action and remind our members that they are valued and supported.
